1.1. We currently ship to addresses within Kerala.
2. Processing Time
2.1. Orders are processed within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation.
2.2. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2.3. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
3.1. We offer standard and expedited shipping options, which can be selected at checkout.
3.2. Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
3.3. Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding Rupees 1000/-.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
4.1. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the delivery destination:
Standard Shipping:5 to 7 business days
Expedited Shipping:5 to7 business days. Delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier issues are beyond our control.
5. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
5.1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
5.2. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
5.3. Deelandz is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
6.1. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.
6.2. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and offer a resolution.
